I'm on the 72 express bus going to work and sharing my seat with a little lady who plopped down right next to me. We're actually sharing a seat. I'm seated near the door and I guess her stop is the next stop, which is University.
Okay, she just got off the bus, but it was nice to share my seat with her, and it reminds me of the time I was crossing the street in Manhattan and a little old lady grabbed my hand and I helped her cross the street with no spoken arrangement.
All this to say that I'm reading from RAPID TRANSIT again tonight at 6-7:30 at WeWork City Center, 1111 Broadway Floor 3, Oakland 94607
